Terms of service

Last updated 2 November 2026

These terms cover the AI Baby imagined baby portrait generator.

What the service is

The site combines adult photos and a text prompt into an AI-generated, imagined baby portrait for personal use. It is not a medical, genetic or fertility prediction. This demo may run in mock mode and return sample results.

Your content

Only upload photos of adults who have agreed to it. Do not upload photos of children or anyone who has not consented, and do not pass the result off as a photograph of a real child. You keep rights to your uploads and may use the portrait personally.

Credits and payments

Generations cost credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases and unused credits do not expire. Refund conditions are on the refund policy page.

No warranty

AI results are provided as-is and are imagined likenesses, not predictions. We are not liable for indirect damages. We may update these terms and will post the new date on this page.
